In a time of illness, do you sometimes need someone to sit with you and give you permission to feel how you feel? This is a book full of permissions. Powerful self-talk programs guide you to accept yourself where you are. Fear of a symptom, loneliness, a loss of identity: all are welcomed, explored and moved through.
Katherine Owen has lived for many years with the chronic illness, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.). She shares her journey to know the health of her own friendship, the health of creativity, and the health of being increasingly at ease with her thoughts and feelings.
This book is accessible to those with lower levels of concentration. Read it from start to finish, or open it at any page to find encouragement.
