 Meditation on the body

Dear Hema,

As I go deeper within I drift further out of my physicality. I am experiencing obliteration in action....and it is wonderful. Some transcend physicality mentally, others through Love and service, but mine was the way below, THROUGH the body, rather than through either Love of it or denial of it.

Lie still and place awareness into every body part one by one. Feel the tingling living energy that allows it to seem to be. Start with your right thumb, then each finger, your hand, your wrist, forearm, elbow, etc.... pausing long enough to allow you to feeeeel it. After your tour of a body which is actually nothing more than zeros and one's, place awareness into a whole arm at a time, a whole leg, until eventually you have total awareness of the entire organism, then hold it for as long as is comfortable.

Pause at your ears a little longer. Feel them tingling...feel the constant noise that seems to be there and push through it for the freedom which is there. Stay detached from it. Do not label it. Do not suffer it. Only experience it. As you learn to expand out of your idea of self you will find it never was, except for when you were lost in this idea of self.

I speak in a detached manner because I understand that the body is not you. You are not it. You are the awareness of it. When you look out of a window at a set of experiences you dont think you're the window! So the problem is actually one of ownership. This bizarre claim to flesh which physics proves is an effect of Mind is so ludicrous that dis-ease becomes the inevitable reflection, the consequence of a corrupted cause, the Mind.

You are exercising awareness by doing the exercises. Learn to place that awareness elsewhere. It gets easier the more you do it. In conversation swing your perspective into the other you think is there, looking back at what you think is you through their eyes.
Every time you see a bird flying overhead place your awareness into it, merging your consciousness with its own, and witness the world from above, from its point of view.
As you walk past those pilars of stability we call Trees place your awareness into as many as you can at once and feeel how they experience you.
And on and on.

I cannot tell you how liberating this is for the force of Life you are. When you do it you will experience it. The confines of this system are hereditary...ideas flowing through DNA....nothing more. They are escapable and miracles are the evidence.

Cultivate an energy of freedom from this exile you seem to suffer. I had a dogged determination to escape the imprisonment I felt, along with its sickly effects. That desire is the engine of Creation, turning focus into experience. Miracles appear to be my results yet they are not. There were none...only natural reflective corrections.

Creation and I have reached an understanding. I could convince you that the only place you cannot be is in that body, but maybe that's for another day. Trust me though.....this is reality!

I got asked about the 2004 tsunami and illnesses a few weeks ago. The question was simply "Where was your God in those events?'

 Quantum Healing

Hi folks,

I wanted to elaborate a little on the hearing aspect of this and why I think mine healed.

At the time, in 2010, I was seeing physicality from the particle point of view. I had triggered an incredible awakening through my discovery of quantum physics which had begun to make sense of what had previously been inexplicable mystical experiences.

Everything is living energy. That energy is constructed instantly, billions of times a second, as a constant flow of projection by the single consciousness, or Life, via particle assimilation.

There are 5 million million particles to a single pin head! That means the head of a pin is constructed of constantly spinning, vibrating particles, which do so at a particular set of frequencies which allow an entity such as me, constructed of 70 billion billion billion of the same particles, to percieve the object AS a pin head. Wow!

I could not get over my incredible magnitude compared to the individual components. I began to marvel at objects, at people, and at my hand as it seemed to move through space.

In bed I usually listen to a deep theta MP3. I used to lie there and sink deeply into the particle components which construct my ears and the system of hearing within me, and then into the components which create the waves of vibrations which my brain translates as the music. I would visualise and marvel at the interaction.

I became intensely aware that my gigantic physical perspective prevented me from seeing the quantum reality of the experience. I also became aware that at that level there was no music. There was no me. There was only an interwoven web of vibrating energy and I was the awareness of it...nothing more.

I was accidentally re-integrating with Life...with the source of being. My 'miracle healing' was a natural correction...an effect of that level of targetted awareness.

This is real folks. If you practice targetted awareness at the component level imagine what you could heal!

 Pray for me-Tinnitus

I too suffer form Tinnitus especially at night please pray for me also as I write this at work my ears are ringing badly please pray for me.

This is for all of you.

I have gone to the end of Time and found the secret cure to everything.

It is prescribed by Life its self and must be applied liberally and totally to each and every experience, good and bad.

It is the truth that everything physical is a filter experiencing through distortion. But you are not that filter. You are the awareness which experiences all events in Time through it.

To live from that state of being is liberation from Form. At that point effects and distortions can simply be witnessed dissolving as ownership of the self is relinquished.

Dear Sylvia,
Keith's delight-filled comment invites us to go beyond prayer for healing. We hold all things lightly - including tinnitus - in the knowledge they are not our ultimate reality.

This too is a prayer :-)

We relax, we soften, we accept a Self beyond the one with which we currently identify.

This self who observes the tinnitus doesn't have tinnitus. This self knows its Oneness with God and doesn't seek to fix itself or solve anything.

It is.

God is.

I take a moment to hold this knowing for you and all others with tinnitus on this thread this morning (a sunny morning in England).

Please hold the same knowing for me. :-)

Thank you God that you are, and nothing else is.

You are the light and in you there is no darkness.

 Spiritual Healing Tinnitus

I have been struggling with Tinnitus for almost a year.

I have a slight hearing loss also in my left ear (which the doctors think was viral).

I saw another ENT today and they told me that had it been treated more aggressively at the onset, it might have been cured.

I feel so hopeless. I went to one of the best hospitals in the country and I feel so let down.

Please pray for me.

If you have any thought that you have failed by not accessing a treatment for tinnitus or the deafness, please remember that you did your best.

Sometimes, part of the journey of healing is to forgive ourselves for a mistake we never made. I know this for myself!

 Prayer for my son to be healed of tinnitus

My son, James is suffering from tinnitus and pain and wants suicide.
He feels despondent and wants and needs healing.
Please pray for him.
He is only 20

I am so sorry to hear of your son's suffering from tinnitus.

I have added James to the prayer list. People visit this website each day to read the articles and comments about tinnitus. Please know that he will be prayed for each day.

Please tell James he is not alone. Many people do live with tinnitus, as horrid as it seems at first.

Also there are alternative healing methods to pursue if interested - God can reach us in many different ways.
Acupuncture may help. Also homeopathy.

I pray also for you. It must be so hard to watch your son suffer.
May God give you the strength to support your son through this difficult time.

In the name of Jesus, I speak peace to his mind and physical healing to his body. God bless him and heal him. Amen.

For James who has tinnitus from Carmel

I also have tinnitus and will keep your son James in prayer.

If James could listen to guided mindfulness meditation it could help him. Especially to listen to it when his tinnitus is not too loud because when it is very loud it is difficult to be quiet and meditate.

Certainly relaxation helps because tinnitus is triggered by anxiety and stress.

I listen to a relaxation cd every morning before getting out of bed. Relaxation and meditation helps and to know he is not on his own.

I know how difficult it is and it is hard to live with but we get the graces. There is a reason for everything and some illnesses are blessings in disguise.

A great book I would recommend is The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle it will give James some great insight into life and living in the NOW.

 Pray for my healing from tinnitus

I am another suffering.

Please continue to pray for everyone with this horrible condition of tinnitus. Include me in anyone’s prayers for people afflicted.

I also am having trouble coping with my condition of screeching and hissing in my head that never ever stops and tends to get louder as the day progresses.

It feels like my life will never be the same without God’s grace. There are parts during each day I find it so hard to cope.

Please pray for me and anyone like me that we can receive healing soon ...that this too shall pass.

I will keep you in prayer as I also suffer from tinnitus....sometimes it is like a jet engine..other days it eases off.

Buy yourself The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle...you may find it helpful.

 Suffering badly from tinnitus

Praise the lord..
This is hannah(22 yrs) from india. Im suffering so badly from tinnitus and it keeps on disturbing from every work i do especially studies..

Its really unbearable and just today i saw this site luckily..

I also pray for all the people like me ..

let the loving lord move with compassion and heal all of us..

 Pray for Tinnitus Healing

Please pray for me.

My tinnitus has been getting worse and I’m at my wits end in coping. Night is really bad and is in both ears.

I suffer with vertigo also.

I’ve had tinnitus for 10years but the last six weeks it has been overbearing .

I’ve have tried everything and trusting God but no one is listening.

I have listened to a lot of teachings in the hope I may get a breakthrough to no avail.

I’m desperate for peace and quiet. I can’t believe that I’ve lost the luxury of ,PEACE and QUIET

Dear Margaret,
I have prayed the prayer for healing tinnitus for you.

As hard as it is for you right now, your experience is confirming that no one is listening. There is a good chance that in your family background there was also ‘no one listening to your call for help’ or an experience of this.
This is the way your world is set up to be.
By practicing trusting in God you are doing the wonderful thing of holding a vision for a new reality.

Whenever you can manage, keep repeating as a mantra throughout the day.
"Someone is listening.

I am listening to myself.

Someone wants to help me.

I want to help myself.

Even when I feel crazy with the absence of peace

I choose to believe that peace is available to me.
God is my strength.

God is strong for me."

If there are times when you feel alone and desperate be willing to remember that you are on the prayer list. Others who feel the same are reading your name and seeing you held in love.

You are not doing something easy.

You are doing something hard.

You are choosing to be extraordinary.

We choose to believe that we CAN DO IT.

 The bible story of the judge and the woman who bothers him

I have been suffering with tinnitus for almost two years.
I pray and pray, yet it persists.
Maybe God just doesn't heal it.
I know He can (if He wants to), but maybe he just doesn't.

I am so sorry that I've taken so long to reply.
Dear James, so sorry I have taken so long to publish your wonderful vision for health and healing.

I have now added both your names to the page of prayer for healing tinnitus.

Dear Denise,
I completely understand why you feel that God doesn't hear you.
I think it's useful to assume that God always hears us.

Do you come from a Christian perspective? If so, or even if you don’t, the bible story of the judge and the woman who bothers him may be of help to you.

See Luke 18:1-8.

The story is telling us that if we persevere in asking for help from someone in a position to help, even someone who doesn't care listens eventually. So we can be assured that a God who does care will always listen. The bible story gives us permission to repeat a prayer over and over.

I believe that prayer is always heard.

My understanding is that we don’t repeat a prayer for healing because God needs to be pestered.

We repeat a prayer for healing because it is a way of holding a vision for health.

Symptoms and belief in this world tempt us to believe that a condition or illness will continue forever.

We counteract the negative vision we hold of continuing tinnitus by repeating a healing prayer or affirmation to keep shifting our focus onto the health we want.

So we can keep asking or saying.
Dear God, I am healed.
Amen.
Dear God, I am healed.
Amen

I am reminded also of the bible quote, Numbers 23:19:

"God is not a man, that he should lie;

neither the son of man, that he should repent:

hath he said, and shall he not do it?

or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?"
Equally you might say, is God is not a man that he should not hear us.

We have a God who listens.
We have a God who hears us.
We have a God of health.
And so we say. I am healed.
Amen.

And coincidentally ;-) I come on here to find that James has left us a wonderful list to hold a vision for health. So here is James’ post. Thank you James.
