Hi there, 

Is domain rack legitimate?

I signed up and did not find it user friendly. 

I wrote to support with the following queries. 

  • I can't see where to put in my bank details. 
  • I can't gain access to the admin panel. 
  • I don't understand how traffic is generated for us as stated. Surely it's up to us to promote the link. 
  • Please confirm there is no threshold before payments are made. In other words if I buy a domain name, do I then immediately get back the ‘payment’ which effectively means that I’ve got a domain bought at a cheaper price, as promised.

Despite the promise of 24/7 support, I received no automated acknowledgment. 

2 days later I had no reply. 

I wrote again asking for a refund. 

4 working days later, I still have no reply. 

If someone from Domainrack sees this, please get in contact to organise a refund. 

As it stands, I don't know whether Domainrack is legitimate. I suspect so.

But it is NOT delivering on the following promises.

NOT user-friendly

NOT effectively done for you

NO 24/7 support. 

My questions further up the page remain unanswered.
